The staged upgrade of the Geelong Line includes the Waurn Ponds Station upgrade, the South Geelong to Waurn Ponds Duplication and a new stabling facility at Waurn Ponds to enable more frequent and reliable services for the state’s busiest regional rail line. The project also includes planning for the Armstrong Creek transit corridor.
