We’re building a centre median along Hallam North Road and installing safety barriers. This means there’ll be some access changes at Carmen Crescent.
There’ll be a dedicated right turn lane at Carmen Crescent, however, you’ll no longer be able to turn right out of Carmen Crescent.
Removing right turns makes it safer for all road users by avoiding cars crossing multiple lanes of traffic and improves traffic flow by reducing queuing.
To travel from Carmen Crescent towards Heatherton Road:
