Access changes to Eltham Lower Park

As part of the works to convert the Fitzsimons Lane roundabout to traffic lights we needed to change the way you exit Eltham Lower Park. From February 2022, you will no longer be able to turn right out of Eltham Lower Park from Main Road. Eltham Lower Park will permanently become left turn out only.

These changes will improve safety in line with best practice road design standards. Below are examples of how you will need to adjust how you leave Eltham Lower Park.

• to travel north towards Research, turn left onto Main Road, then do a controlled U-Turn at the traffic lights.
