Access changes to Newbold Avenue

As part of the Upgrade, we’ll permanently remove the U-turn bay at Plumpton Avenue, opposite the Craigieburn Sports Stadium.

To access the Hume Highway from Newbold Avenue:

• turn left onto Craigieburn Road and make a U-turn at the dedicated U-turn lane at Bridgewater Road traffic lights; or
• head south on Newbold Avenue into Carlisle Street. Turn left onto Hothlyn Drive towards Walter Street and turn right at the new traffic lights at the Walter Street and Craigieburn Road intersection.
