The Healesville-Koo Wee Rup Road Upgrade will add an extra lane at each roundabout at the Princes Freeway interchange. The extra lanes will increase the capacity of the interchange and reduce congestion, particularly congestion on the freeway off-ramps.

The upgraded roundabouts will better manage traffic moving on and off the Princes Freeway without the need to add extra lanes over the bridge.
