We’ll move the pedestrian crossing across South Road to a new location at the Jasper Road intersection.

This will provide more room for vehicles to queue along the eastbound lanes before the traffic lights at the Jasper Road intersection. It will also allow drivers turning right from Jasper Road onto South Road to see pedestrians using the crossing sooner.

Works are expected to get underway in January 2022.
