We’re installing traffic lights at the intersection of South Road and Bignell Road, including a new pedestrian crossing.

This will help to control the flow of traffic on South Road and make it safer for vehicles turning right in and out Bignell Road to the south.

The new pedestrian crossing will also improve pedestrian safety and connectivity.

Works are expected to get underway in March 2022.
