We’re upgrading the freeway interchanges at Healesville-Koo Wee Rup Road, replacing both roundabouts with traffic lights. Dedicated turning lanes on and off the freeway will reduce congestion, while the traffic light controlled pedestrian crossing will allow pedestrians and cyclists to safely cross the road and connect with the paths on either side of Healesville-Koo Wee Rup Road.
