We've made some changes to the final design of the Barwon Heads Road Upgrade.

Horseshoe Bend Road (north) to become a court - access via the new Norcott Road service road.

A new shared user path will be in place at the end of Horseshoe Bend Road (north) connecting to the signalised intersection at Tannery Road.
